Apply the changes from angular v5.0.4 that fix several important bugs: https://github.com/souldreamer/node-angular-http-client/issues/2

@souldreamer sorry to bother you, but could you please accept this PR and release a new version containing this fix? It's the only problem that is currently stopping me from using node-angular-http-client.
