The text in new Tab search bar display layout error #189

Describe the issue:

When I open this option, the text in search bar(not in address bar) was not in a correct position.

Expected behavior:

It should display the same with the option close. QQ_1732332274789

Interesting feature, I tried it out but I cant click the options to search, have to use keyboard to? Anyway, I made a little fix for it, I will revisit/improve this later on when I have free time again:

Download this updated website-newtab-l.css file, replace the original file in your chrome/theme folder.

Most likely will be redoing the New Tab Page for the update after 1.9.3, I'm not satisfied with this outcome. I'll keep in mind this awesomebar setting to make sure it is configured well. Until then.
