When I switched to Chinese, the interface started garbled

Is it a problem when you restart the program?

I have the same issue now with the newest patch (DSMapStudio-1.11.1.hotfix3), but it looks like that right away when I start the app. Currently trying to find out how to change the language, but since the text is not readable, that's kinda hard...
