Adds new FMG import/export functions that with custom formatting that greatly simplifies modifying the text externally.
Benefits of the new format:
Extremely readable plain text format. Metadata for each entry is located in a single header line.
Combines duplicate entries, so identical FMG entries (such as with weapon infusions) can be modified from a single exported entry.
Old Json import/export format is considered obsolete, import function has been left in for now but exporting is disabled.
Also adds options to export modified text only and merge imported text, allowing for things like trivial text mod merging and exporting mod text for translations.
