Second part, moving data under the banner of project and not reusing bank objects. Much more flaky edits. Very WIP but this is a place to document things -conflicts search logic is broken

I really can't speak for why the build fails. The error message doesn't line up with the commit in the slightest. Further, the build is fine on my own repo. edit: today I learned
