Can't get past the title screen #230

I can load into the game, but every time I click continue to go onto the initial loading screen, its a black screen and the loading bar stays completely empty and doesn't move at all. I know my game isn't crashed because I can still cycle through the tips. Please help! image_2024-07-17_050534796

It's all loading screens. I was able to get in by starting a new game but as soon as I got to a loading screen I had the same issue.

I just needed to validate my game files
