BASS FX enabled sounds not working correctly #58

Anything that goes through the relevant function comes out as jarring screeches. This doesn't happen on Windows, though.

It is currently unknown whether this has to do with BASS FX or the way BASS samples are converted to decoding channels and then fed into a BASS FX tempo stream.
