playmus event causes an unrecoverable error on IE #4

Internet Explorer 9 does not support the OGG file type for audio elements, and 
thus it fails when the code tries to seek to the start of the specified track.

A workaround with skipping the code entirely if not supported is probably the 
best approach until a version of IE with OGG support is released.
