There is a short pause a moment after starting to listen to WAMU live stream #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start playing WAMU live stream
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should just play the live stream, not start and then pause and then start 
again. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NPR News App v2.3
Android 2.3.6
T-Mobile Samsung SGH-T989

Please provide any additional information below.
This behavior does not happen on other stations that I've noticed. Just WAMU.

This is probably an issue with the WAMU stream which is managed by them 
separately. So, I'm afraid you'll have to contact them and let them know you 
think they need a better stream.
