User should be able to adjust text size and image quality via settings #164

Settings page forthcoming with options to change text size and image quality. 
Will also contain opt-in solutions for third-party integration like Ford Sync.

For future reference:

Text size should increase/decrease throughout the content areas of the app 20%.
Image quality should be increased by one S=[VALUE] than the normal logic when 
high quality is selected.

MVP approach - checkboxes for the following:

hi-res images: +1 to s parameter on images
large font size: 20% bigger? (probably needs tweeking)
opt in for Ford Sync and Livio
