Tap notification of hourly newscast breaks #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select the hourly newscast and ensure it is playing
2. Background the app
3. Tap the NPR notification from the notification pane

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Usually one is taken to a corresponding story. But as there is no page for the 
newscast, the app throws an error message up on the screen as a dismissible 
popup.

Instead, the app should dump the user back to the homescreen of the NPR app.
