WUSF stream plays when WGCU stream is selected #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Any attempt to play WGCU stream will produce a connection error.
2. When play is pressed again, WUSF's stream will play instead of WGCU
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect WGCU's stream to play. A connection error is given, when play is 
pressed again, WUSF's stream is played. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.10.1 on Android 4.4.2
