Cannot expand/collapse CyNodes #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Load nested network with DynNetworkv1.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot expand or collapse nodes belonging to a CyNode.

I suspect that you may need to:
    1. load the metaNode plugin,
    2. include in each metaNode <node></node> the attribute element
        <att name="__groupViewer" type="string" value="metaNode"/>

Fixed. Apparently collapse/expanding of CyGroups requires the visual properties 
of each node to be already set. There is still the issue that sometime the icon 
for subnetworks is not shown.
