This pull request encapsulates the hydronic loop feature needed for SWHC004 residential subset. (The rest of the measure setup is in a separate pull request #31.)
For this feature, we have developed the following setup:
Added boilers and hydronic loop to residential MFm (rNCHW only)
Added fluid type parameters in prototypes and templates to implement steam boiler options. Note that some models include two boilers, so we have included multiple parameters where that seemed appropriate.
