For sampling (non-hourly) results, create a script and example query files in a central location.
The script was previously included with preliminary work for measures SWHC001 and SWHC004, but with limitations. This pull request is intended to deal with the script issues apart from the measures.
Also providing a central location for additional example query files that could be used to develop analyses outside the usual simulation and post-processing workflows.
