Enhanced Ventilation for Packaged HVAC

This measure adds a variable frequency drive (VFD) to an existing packaged single-zone direct expansion (DX) HVAC unit with an economizer. The VFD operates at three discrete speeds based on ventilation and cooling or heating load.
