Add an iacleaner Java application #6

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
A separate application could be added, which would allow the user to select
a folder and automatically format all files in a given directory. Also,
provide a command-line tool to do this.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
It would increase the scope of the project, as well as increase possible
integration opportunities.

Resolved in r139. Latest JAR is now available in Downloads tab.
