What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
We should publish the generated Javadocs for iacleaner.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Improved end-user documentation.

These Javadocs may be able to be stored and viewed within SVN, if
svn:mime-type is set properly. Otherwise, the Javadocs could be uploaded to
openiaml.org.
