No menu option to delete contained generated elements

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click an element in the visual editor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: An option for "Delete contained generated elements"
Actual: No such option exists

Resolved in r1156.

Follows the logic in deleting a generated element that is in use; i.e. if a 
contained
element is in use by another non-generated element, then dialog boxes will 
appear
informing the user of all the elements that are currently using it, asking if 
they
would like to continue.
