Copy type icons into local folder when generating model documentation #129

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
When generating the modeldoc, the icons for each type from
/org.openiaml.model.edit/icons should be copied to the output folder,
instead of linking them to SVN.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Browsing the documentation will be significantly faster, and the
documentation can then be exported into other formats without an Internet
connection.
