Add tool to reset anchors and edges in the auto-arranged diagram editor

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
The auto-arranged diagram is often laid out pretty poorly. When it needs to
be re-arranged manually, currently all of the edges are anchored to edges
(as opposed to nodes) and edges get lots of bends in them.

There should be an easy right-click tool to re-anchor the edges to the
nodes, and remove the bends in the edges.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
This would allow for an easier way of laying out a diagram manually by
automating most of the repetitive parts.

Ideally, the layout manager would automatically select the best layout, but
this is not always the case.
