Migrate All Contained Models action should be a ProgressEnabledAction #150

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Currently the recently-added Migrate All Contained Models action executes
without a progress dialog, and also stalls the UI thread. This should be
moved to a ProgressEnabledAction, as I don't think it requires the UI
thread at all.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Better performance and usability when using this action.
