[gmf-tools] Add "Generate All Contained .gmfgens" for a Folder #153

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Currently to generate multiple GMF diagram code, each .gmfgen has to be
selected individually. It should be possible to right click the folder and
select "Generate all contained .gmfgen" (or similar), similar to the action
to migrate all contained IAML models (although not recursive over sub-folders).

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Better usability.

Resolved in r1575. Unfortunately, because we cannot control the UI (issue 139), 
we
can't cancel this long-running operation once it's started.
