Display overridden elements in bold #162

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Since generated elements display a '/' marker (see issue 92), overridden
elements should likewise display differently; I suggest displaying the
overridden element in bold (likewise to how Firefox's about:config
highlights user-set values in bold).

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Much more obvious when elements are overridden.

Implemented in r1752 with a dynamic template.
