Add extension plugins to .gmfgen Required Plugin Identifiers #173

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
We should add the following plugins to .gmfgen/Plugin/Required Plugin
Identifiers:

org.openiaml.model.diagram.helpers
org.eclipse.xsd

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
We could then remove the automatically-generated manifest.mf files from
version control.

Implemented in r1992.
