Remove diagram editors from version control #175

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
The diagram editors are mostly generated, and everything that isn't
completely automatically generated is stored in version control. We should
automate the remaining steps so that these folders can be removed
permanently from version control.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Better maintainability, and more accurate statistics.
