Merge 'exists?' and 'empty' PrimitiveConditions for DomainObjectInstance #180

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
As part of the refactoring for issue 160, it appears DomainObjectInstance
has two conditions with the same meaning: 'exists?' and 'empty'. They
should be merged if necessary.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Smaller and more concise meta-model.
