Add Properties file test cases for DomainIterators #185

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
In the process of cleaning up the semantics and removing obsolete test
cases (issue 178), I don't think there are any test cases for Properties
files any more. They should be re-added (through Iterators, of course).

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
We can trust that Properties files work as sources of data.
