Add test case for MarkContainersAsOverridden #188

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
In r2203, I removed a test case for automatically marking containers as
overridden (issue 130). It was not doing anything because I don't yet know
how to create a DestroyElementRequest programatically.

This should be investigated and the test case reintroduced.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
We can ensure that issue 130 has actually been resolved.
