Rename 'javascriptAlert' PrimitiveOperation to 'alert' #196

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Rename 'javascriptAlert' to 'alert' primitive operation. It is not
necessary (or desirable) to specify that it is implemented using
Javascript; however, it should be specified that this operation may have no
effect, as this operation is strictly informative.
