Remove generated ModelDoc metamodel code from version control #197

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
In issue 165, the automatically generated source code for the IAML metamodel 
was removed from version control.

Similarly, the automatically generated source code for the modeldoc metamodel 
should also be removed from version control.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Improved SVN statistics and reduced maintenance.
