Generate navigation buttons for an IteratorList connected to a multiple DomainIterator #202

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
If a IteratorList is connected to a DomainIterator with a limit != 1, then the 
navigation buttons should also be completed for the IteratorList; identically 
to the navigation buttons for InputForm.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
An IteratorList can be used to browse multiple pages, whereas an InputForm can 
be used to browse single pages.
