Allow a Map to be connected to a DomainIterator or IteratorList with a SetWire or SyncWire #204

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
If a Map is connected to a DomainIterator or an IteratorList with a SetWire or 
a SyncWire, then addresses contained within the SetWire or SyncWire should be 
rendered on the map.

Perhaps every single 'iamlAddress' type in the container should be represented 
as a MapPoint, with the MapPoint containing all of the Labels (or an InputForm) 
from the source element. 

To simplify things, perhaps this should only occur when the Map contains an 
IteratorList.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Easier to represents maps of things and create mashups.
