Rename 'Domain Object' LoginHandler to 'Domain Schema' #222

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Currently a Login Handler selecting a Domain Schema is called a 'Domain Object' 
handler. This should be renamed to a 'Domain Schema' handler.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
A clearer and more consistent model.

Not really necessary. A 'secret key' handler is not called a 'value' handler, 
or a 'user' handler a 'role' handler.
