Add ComplexConditions model elements

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Currently ConstraintEdges can be used to connect two ConditionEdges together 
with AND/OR etc, but it is not possible to actually define a composite 
condition - that is, one made up of the composition of many other conditions.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
True composite conditions may allow for more complex applications to be 
developed.

In the meantime, composite conditions can be emulated using ActivityConditions.
