Add more shape styles for the visual syntax of model elements #231

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Currently the visual syntax for IAML only uses five types of shapes for nodes. 
As per the UML specification, each IAML model element should have a unique 
shape type, or at least a unique notation.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
The visual representation of an IAML model instance will be more usable and 
readable, as long as the shapes are selected and implemented well.

Based on the ease of development of the EventTrigger shape, simple 
outline-based shapes would probably be the easiest to implement.
