Refactor common codegen code into separate bundle #250

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
There are a number of code generators (IAML, Modeldoc, Simplegmf) that all 
reuse the same functionality, e.g. throwException(), generateCode(IFile). This 
functionality should be refactored into an inherited bundle.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Cleaner and more reliable code.
