Investigate removing inStoreDb parameter from codegen templates #255

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
In r2806, the callback store_db.php was removed. It seems likely that the 
codegen template argument $storeDb could similarly be removed; some 
investigation is necessary.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Simpler code generation templates.
