Remove ExternalValueEdge metamodel element #277

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Since an ExternalValue can only ever have a single outgoing reference, it may 
be desirable to remove the metamodel element ExternalValueEdge entirely, and 
replace it with a single reference similar to DomainIterator.orderBy.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
A smaller and simpler metamodel.
