Remove ProvidesEdgesSource and ProvidesEdgeDestination abstract supertypes #278

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Currently, a ProvidesEdge may connect a Role/DomainIterator to a 
Permission/DomainIterator. It may be possible to reduce this to a Role to 
Permission relationship.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
A smaller metamodel. The abstract interface types of ProvidesEdgesSource and 
ProvidesEdgeDestination can be removed.
