Refactor model elements into documented packages #281

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
The current IAML metamodel defines packages such as 'components' and 'wires', 
yet these do not refer to the packages defined in the Model chapter of the 
thesis. In order to be consistent, the model elements within the IAML metamodel 
can be refactored into these new packages.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
A more consistent metamodel; a smaller core metamodel package; and 
implementation consistency with the thesis.
