ApplicationElementProperty editor elements should render default value #41

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
For an ApplicationElementProperty with a default value (i.e. a fieldValue),
the default value should also be rendered in the editor.

Resolved in r805 by adding a new label to all ApplicationElementProperties.
