Add test case to check editor icons are synchronised #44

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
In the "visual" editor, currently the editor icons for "Button" are not the
same icon as the icon actually placed into the editor. This should be
checked in a test case.

The problem is that the .gmftool/Button icons are set to 
DomainAttributeInstance.gif.

Resolved with a test case in r803.
