IAML actions menu does not show for root window #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click the visual editor background (i.e. representing the Page)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: A menu item with "IAML Model > ..." comes up
Actual: No "IAML Model" menu appears

Resolved in r936.

However, this will match ANY GMF editor, not just IAML editors.
