feat: Fixed order for clip generation #59

Persist ffprobe JSON info in the database, in a separate table
Replace react-hotkeys-hook with Mousetrap
Enhance marker timeline
Rework marker creation UI
Add keyboard shortcuts
Add file browser UI to select paths to add to library
When two adjacent clips are from the same video and have the same end- and start points, they will be combined into a single clip

To-Dos

[x] Rework clip preview form
[x] Always provide default values for the clip input form
[x] When submitting, make sure the weights and markerGroups are never empty (show validation error or fill it with default values)
[x] When deselecting all songs, the clips page crashes (need to reset the clips form if that happens)
