The last big feature! Must be stupendously easy to use for customers.

Storage Hierarchy. Including all website image is good, but they should be in different place than uploaded images.
Left / Right alignment.
Resizing?

Quick note - the modal window for image insertion in a Google Drive document is a good source of inspiration. Could also have an extra left nav item for cropping / resizing.

Also, left / right alignment should be done inline by clicking arrows overlaid on the image

yeah, great interface for insertion. Think we can do better for subsequent position on the page... agree left / right buttons as an overlay.
