Enable https on website downloads, or add builds to githubs release

Is a small issue; currently the downloads on the website are served over http, that causes "mixed content errors" when you're trying to link to it from a secured website.

On our page tiflojuegos.com we have a small game database where soundrts is included, but the download links must b copied manually to the address bar by the users, because a direct linking is blocked by chrome or edge, for the mixed content error.

Please if it is possible, serve the files over https :-)
