At the moment, squares that can hold both ground and water units can not be entered by ground units. It took me a while to figure out, but I saw the commit now about removing amphibious paths. For now we still play these maps on 1.3.5, but it would help if this could be removed for the next version. Would it be possible to check if the path exists to a water-only square? Alternatively, it should be the map maker's responsibility to not put those paths there.
