The rewritten output of the speech on Windows #89

For the game, can now use the latest versions of JAWS. ScreenReaderAPI.dll was deleted as obsolete.

Thanks! Sorry for the delay. The code have some issues. For example, it tries to initialize all the speech engines, even if the first one is working. Anyway, I'd like to solve the problem with minimal changes, and think about it a bit more. That's why I have added issue #100.
