Deleting Activity with an Image #1

Desc Can't seem to delete an activity when an image is put into it after/during creation.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Hit Create button on homepage to create a new activity
  2. Fill in the required sections and at the bottom add any jpg or png or other image
  3. Click Continue at the bottom of the form
  4. In the next window, click Delete in the top right
  5. Go to the top right and click Delete to try and delete the activity
  6. Error

Expected behavior Activity should be deleted from My Activity list and not show error.
